Edo Japan — Restaurant in City of Cold Lake

Really Disappointed. I was looking forward to a new option in vegan food restaurants only to find it is extremely expensive and not very good. For a fast food joint; 1 meal for $20.00 is not very reasonably priced. I ordered the rice dish with fresh grilled vegetables and was charged $2 to have the 'premium vegetables' even though the menu says it includes them in this dish and $3.25 for tofu. $14.70 for a simple meatless dish, why couldn't they just charge me for a chicken dish and substitute it with tofu instead of charging me extra? Chicken is 4 times the price of tofu so the upcharge makes no sense. The menu also says there should be teriyaki sauce, but there was none on it, the meal was dry and really bland. To top this off, I found a piece of steak mixed in with the tofu! I also ordered 6 pieces of avocado rolls for $3.95, which I was also unimpressed with as there was no wasabi or soy sauce with them, apparently you have to request these as well? This meal was...

2/3 items of my food were inedible. I asked for a cucumber roll to the cashier. He paused, talk to a second one who then asked me what I wanted. They then looked around. A third lady said yeah we have. I ordered yam tempura & gyoza as well. Got home, opened my food. I received shrimp tempura. (This is not the first time this has happened. pretty sure they’re different shapes) I hate fish so I couldn’t eat it.Opened the roll. Smelt a little odd. Tried it anyway, The rice was so hard and the cucumber was soggy. I spit it out. Thinking back at the transaction, I believe they knew the cucumber roll was old/bad and still sold it to me. Ordered online so I didn't have to wait in the awful line they always have .Told them I was there for pickup and they said it was just about done. I sat to wait.A few orders came out and names were called. Two bags were set on the counter and no names called. Multiple orders went out and the bags just sat on the counter. After 18mins of the bags sitting ,I asked if my order was ready yet. As it turned out one of the bags was mine. My sushi was now hot from sitting on the other food, which was now barely Luke warm.I have not had a good experience at this location...ever. No apology from staff for the wait . Someone else's food still wasn't announced when I left. Get it...
