I recently visited this Tim Hortons and had an extremely disappointing experience. I ordered a farmers wrap with sausage and bacon and asked for it to be extra grilled as they tend to under-grill food at this location. Upon opening my food, I realized that I was given a wrap with only bacon and some egg crumble. Also, they didn't bother grilling the wrap, making is very soggy. Upon returning to have my order corrected, they asked for the food back so they could "inspect it." The wrap that was given back to me was a wrap that had been torn open, and this time, nearly burnt to a crisp. It appeared, rather than making a new one, the staff had ripped open a pre-made wrap and then shoved the missing ingredients into it. Furthermore, the wrap was falling apart so much that I couldn't even hold it to eat.
It's disheartening to see that the quality of service and food provided by this Tim Hortons has recently declined to this extent and is no longer up to the mark. It's understandable that mistakes happen, but the lack of attention to detail and quality control in the preparation and presentation of the food is unacceptable.
Additionally, the negative attitude of the staff when I complained about my incorrect order was disappointing. It's essential to treat customers with respect and address their concerns rather than treating them dismissively. The fact that the staff appeared to take it personally was both odd and unprofessional.
In conclusion, the substandard food and service provided by Tim Hortons at this location reflects poorly on both the store and the staff. I hope that the management takes steps to ensure that such incidents don't occur in the future and that the staff is trained to provide quality food and service...
Read moreI went to tim hortons today to get chocolate milk great but I also wanted hot water in a cup. So when I went to pay they ask me to pay for tea when I didn't ask for tea. The audacity to have customers pay for water, why couldn't they charge for the cup only. I'm pretty sure water is free, but they are insisting that it's their policy but I doubt that's the policy because you can't charge for water. I would have been fine if they wanted to charge for a cup but no, no they wanted the price of tea without the tea is ridiculous. It's just like the time I asked for a cup of ice and they wanted to charge for a bottle of water. What is with tim hortons charging customers for items we didn't ask for. Did I ask for a cup of tea? Did I ask for a bottle of water? No I asked for hot water and a cup of Ice. They should only charge for the cup I am appalled by the service at Tim Hortons sometimes. And the fact that when I do ask for tea they don't have the curtesy to put a sleeve on it. Tim Hortons tea is hotter then the coffee it literally burns to touch. I almost dropped the cup on myself once because it was too hot. And why are they always trying to shove the food and drinks in your face when your going through drive-thru? I need time to put my wallet...
