KFC — Restaurant in City of Cold Lake

I am ordering regularly through your online app. I always order the same exclusive online deal and I am always going to the drive thru for pick up. Because thats what is the website saying. I approached the speaker, I told the lady that I have an online order, and she said that I have to get inside to pick it up. I was like, what? It doesnt make sense to me at all. Because, like I said I have been doing this regularly, even the website says ORDER THROUGH KFC APP, DRIVE THRU OR WE WILL DELIVER? I Know Cold Lake KFC doesnt have delivery thats why I am always going to the drive thru. Can you tell the manager who is working there that whatever I typed in BOLD should be followed. She is trying to defy the purpose of Online ordering, if people needs to come inside? I EVEN CALLED THE STORE AND THE PERSON I SPOKE TO says, they do not hand out online orders at Drive thru. If thats the case change the website then . I will never go back. Sorry but, I am thinking those disable people who cant walk and get inside to pick up their orders. KFC COLD LAKE SHOULD BE VISITED BY THE CORPORATE to validate things that is happening in the store. You are loosing regular customers. I sent this rant to their Head Office as well. I hope, I can hear something...

Drove up to the intercom at the drive thru and ordered 2 spicy big crunch sandwiches, a medium fry and a small coleslaw, the order came to $10 and change so I knew the order was wrong so I asked the individual to repeat the order and he wasn't able to so I drove up to the window. I repeated in a calm manner my order which came to $20 and change. After about 10 minutes the individual asked me if I wanted the spicy or regular sandwich, I answered back that I wanted the spicy one times 2. He said that they had 2 different types, the regular and the spicy, I said I knew and wanted the spicy ones. Then I saw the same individual who handles a dirty debit machine and money take 2 buns with his bare hands, pick up 2 chicken pieces and started making my sandwich. I drove thru the drive thru, went into the restaurant and asked for a refund stating that it was not hygienic to handle money and the debit machine then make peoples order. The lady at the counter didn`t have a clue what I was talking about and...

It's okay, the 7/11 actually sells better, crisper, fresher chicken and wings. Go figure! Last time we went to KFC (Cold Lake) there was quite a wait, one other customer waited half an hour and he had to wait outside for his order. They closed their doors an hour earlier then their drive thru, so he actually had to walk over to the drive thru window to talk to staff about where the heck his order was! Lol! Can you believe that? They were very cold when they greeted us, didn't say a word, just shoved the debit machine at us, took it back and closed the window. No "Hello!" "Good evening" etc. What we got wasn't great. It was hot, sure but the chicken was so greasy the skin was actually SOGGY. Soggy chicken skin!! Fries were meh.

2/5 wouldn't recommend. Hit up the 7/11 across the street. I think you can even call them and place orders...
