Tim Hortons — Restaurant in City of Cold Lake

I’ve been to several Tim Hortons locations, but this one truly stands out. It's in a great, convenient location, which already makes it a go-to spot, but what really sets it apart is the consistently excellent service. The staff here are genuinely friendly and welcoming. Whether it’s the morning rush or later in the evening, they handle everything quickly and efficiently. I’m always impressed by how fast the service is, even during busy hours. One thing I’ve noticed, and really appreciate is that they always have a good variety of baked goods available, even in the evenings. That’s not something you see at every Tim Hortons; many locations tend to run low toward the end of the day, but not this one. It shows they’re well-managed and on top of things. The place is also very clean and well-maintained, which just adds to the overall positive experience. Very bad experience visiting Tim hortons today, felt insulted by Manager who does not have name tag on his shirt and called his name Rico. Went to drive thru ordered the food coffee and timbits, first they forgot to gave me the timbits, So i parked my car and have to inside for timbits, nobody said sorry for the mistake but i said nothing and came back and then i checked my crossiant was not grilled as i requested so i went again and ask them to grill it , instead of saying sorry manager rudely said to the employee that tell him we are doing this for the last time, i asked him what you saying and asked his name and he said , you want my name i am the manager and continues to ignore me, as no name tag was there on his shirt , i continue to ask his name and he said my name is Rico. Went through to order one of the Peach Frozen Quenchers, the staff asked me unprompted if I wanted to remove the whipped topping. I said no, and they confirmed that I wanted the topping removed. I said no again and stated that I wanted the whipped topping. They confirmed again that I wanted no whipped topping, and I said no again, I want it made normal, no alterations, I want the topping. I arrived at the window and was handed the drink without any topping.
