I was with my mother in law and 2 kids when we went here after travelling 3 hours from Lloyd, I figured my kids need real food for dinner so we decided to eat here instead of fast food. Everything was going well, we were welcomed warmly. The lady who served us was very very accommodating and friendly. She went out of her way to figure out what to order for my son since he has different food allergies. Food was very tasty, I was enjoying eating it until my 2 yr old son spilled his juice on the floor. Then the guy approached us and scolded me like a child and rudely told me "You can't let him stand on the seat, people are seating there!!" While I understand that it was my fault for not paying attention as I was tired and hungry and in a hurry to finish my food so we can head back to Calgary, I shouldn't be treated that way as I am a customer and I am PAYING for your service. This guy should've handled it better and told me in a kinder way. There are nicer way to let me know what my son is doing. This guy doesn't have the skills to deal with customers with little kids. I was tempted not to give a tip as I was treated badly but it would be unfair to the sweet lady who attended to us. Although I liked the food but didn't get to really enjoy eating it because of this guy, I will never come back to this place when we travel again. It's not kid friendly, didn't even offer to give my son another drink, (I will decline anyway) must be thinking my son might spill it again. Oh by the way, I cleaned up your seat...

Not good. When they send out multiple orders with drivers The fish is soggy shrimp cold and fries also 90 plus dollars and the whole thing is cold and soggy. Also inform the drivers. The bag they use DO NOT KEEP FOOD HOT!!! They do not keep it hot. It only gets as hot as the food is. They keep it warm. As long as the food is. The bags do not keep food hot. Sitting outside Joey's right now. Right before closing. I know.. how rude of me! But I was having a craving... It is harder to decipher what is better. The food or the service. Welcomed as soon as I walked in. Served immediately. Food came out fast and hot. This is my second time here and both times overly impressed with the over all experience. The owner takes so much pride in his business. Talks to customers on a first name basis. Asks them about them.. how they doing? How long you in town for?
