Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in City of Leduc

Ya great everyone loves pizza! As every papa John’s it’s usually good! what I want to do is say thanks! I got my food everything was good, but I’m here to warn and post that you guys are asking the customer to much! Why am I asked to tip before then asked to tip wile receiving and then get an email a day later to tip again, this is so disgusting your taking tip culture to far! matter of fact as everyone reads this you should know that every price of every pizza delivered or not has price built in we all ready paid people already are getting paid but again ask for more and like 3 times! go away, how dare you, stop this! is what comes to my mind, finally to say I work ten times harder then any employee there, as a tradesmen I don’t get tips when I’m not happy or don’t get enough I don’t continue to ask for free money from people that have literally given hours of there life away and break there body’s spend time away from family to receive a good wage! If you’re not happy as a company or with how much you make find another job do not email me and ask and ask for tips guys thanks. And I do not give you an email for harassment it’s kinda poopy that I have to give out my own info to buy a effin pizza but hey I guess this is...

Our family has enjoyed Papa John's pizzas in Kelowna and also, Grande Prairie, on several occasions. Unfortunately, the Leduc location was NOT good.

Recently ordered two veggie pizzas for pick-up, both were tasteless. Toppings were very skimpy (had paid for extra toppings too) and seemed like no seasoning at all. They looked and tasted VERY different from the other locations, so no consistency in terms of a quality product.

Worst of all, wife and I both felt ill a couple of hours after eating some of each of these pizzas. We had eaten nothing else for hours previously, so this was obviously the cause. Plus $50 "down the drain" as we had no interest in finishing them after that.

The cook at this location didn't look hygienic either with a big, bushy beard and not even a net on. A real turn off too.

Contacted their head office about this experience but no reply several days later. That will be the end of trying Papa John's anywhere, if that is how little they care about...

Been going here for a little under a year now ! They have great tasting pizza the best in Leduc in our opinion! However what stands out more then the taste of the perfectly made thin but not too thin saucy cheesy goodness is the service ! ADELE in particular is so kind and generous she also remembers us and what we like the little things is what she doesn’t fail to remember also this one time I was short as I left the house in a hurry with my babies crying and only had some cash on me not enough and forgot my wallet on the kitchen counter instead of going back home ADELE offered to pay the difference I couldn’t accept it but she made me and honestly the nicest best gesture ever!
