Oodle Noodle Leduc — Restaurant in City of Leduc

Would have been great except our delivery driver was changed twice after ordering. We waited more than an hour but that’s not the restaurant’s fault. What is their fault is when the restaurant called us, yelling at us that the order has been sitting around waiting for almost an hour. After I explained the issue, he proceeded to yell at me insisting that customers give him bad reviews all the time when the food is cold on delivery. I’m not exactly sure why he was angry with us since we are not responsible for the pickup but the man continued to yell, eventually swore at us and hung up. We immediately canceled our $70 order. We were never intending on blaming the restaurant for the food being cold, as this was clearly outside of their control. The oven was on in preparation to reheat upon arrival. But the unacceptable behaviour of the staff member who called to yell at us was uncalled for and unprofessional. We order in every Friday night and they will never get our business again. Have been in the store for almost an hour now, half the order was prepared and finished 20 minutes before starting the other half. So we paid to have half our order cold.... nice. Wont be back.

Edit: Saying you remade the "whole order" is bogus. You remade the half order you had sitting out for 30 minutes that would have been pawned off on us to take home and find it was cold. You did yourself a favor remaking it, but it was your staffs own fault for making half, doing other orders and then coming back to it. Teach your staff time management and to not put themselves behind in time. And your manager should have had the sense to jump in, more staff arrived, but too little too late.
