November 2, 2024; Saturday morning (around 11am): I donāt remember the name of the manager on-shift but she was absolutely disrespectful and rude.
I would give less than 1 star if I could. As a loyal customer and a person of faith, I am deeply disappointed and upset by the way I was treated, and the repeated errors made with my order, which could have had significant consequences for my health and well-being.
To begin, I am several months pregnant and, due to my religious beliefs, I have been a strict vegetarian my entire life. I do not consume any meat, including sausage. On this particular morning, I stopped by Tim Hortons on my way to a bloodwork appointment, hoping to grab a healthy breakfast. I specifically ordered the āEgg & Cheese Farmerās Wrap.ā
Upon receiving my order at the drive-thru, I was shocked to discover that my wrap contained sausage, a meat I cannot consume for religious reasons, and that could potentially affect both my pregnancy and my overall health. I immediately turned my car around and went back to the store to explain the mistake. The store manager or supervisor (who was in charge at that time) acknowledged that they had mixed up two orders at the drive-thru but offered no apology, and handed me another wrap, seemingly dismissing the seriousness of the situation.
I made it clear that, as a pregnant woman with religious dietary restrictions, consuming meat could have significant emotional and physical consequences. However, the response I received was disturbingly indifferent. The manager simply stated, āWe are all human beings, and we all make mistakes,ā without acknowledging the gravity of the error or offering any sincere apology for the mistake.
At this point, I took the new wrap and returned to my car. Unfortunately, to my dismay, the same mistake was repeated: once again, I found sausage in my wrap. The lack of attention to detail, particularly when I had already explained my dietary restrictions, is both unacceptable and distressing. I was under significant time pressure to get to my bloodwork appointment, and yet I had to turn my car around once again and go back into the store.
This time, I was handed another wrap, but there was still no apology or acknowledgment of the inconvenience caused. I left feeling both frustrated and disrespected. It is incredibly upsetting to be treated this way, especially when the issue at hand is directly related to my health and personal beliefs.
I would like to emphasize that the repeated mistakes, the lack of genuine apology or concern, and the dismissive attitude I encountered are not just an inconvenience, but a serious oversight in terms of customer service. As a company that prides itself on serving a wide range of customers, including those with dietary restrictions, I would expect more care and respect to be shown in such situations.
I live very close to this store but like to go to a different location because I donāt want to face what I...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWill never go back to this Tim's Hortons ever again. Back in March 2025. After spending all night outside in minus 30. I decided to walk to this Tim's Hortons at 4 am in the morning to sit down have a coffee and warm up while waiting for 8 am to arrive so I could go see my bf in the hospital. While I was sitting there I additionally fell asleep due to exhaustion. (Due to being outside and awake all night trying to stay alter) while sleeping I was woke up due a police officer tapping on the shoulder saying I had to leave. I then told the police officer I was there waiting for 8 am to come so I could got visit my bf who was in the hospital at that time. He then said the manager called us and complained about me and some other homeless people there who out welcomed our stay. Needless to say the police officer let me go across the street to McDonald's. And as for Tim Horton's I gave them a piece of my mind. I told the manager how dare you call the cops on me when I didn't do anything but additionally fell asleep ( sue me for being human) and then told her what if it was you who homeless with no where to go in the middle of winter would you like to be told to leave a warm environment to a freezing one. She said no I said will I don't like it either. I'm am sad to say but this Tim Horton's use to shine FM and now they are a disgrace. They discriminate...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI went to this Timmieās a few times. Let me tell you. Each time sucked. The management is terrible, seeing the way they treat their under age employees is sickening. Not to mention the cross contamination iv experienced each time, answell ans the unhygienic bakers. Especially Giti, I've witnessed her coughing into her hand then immediately picking up timbits for a customer. Iāve orderd a plain bagel with cream cheese, not plain bagel with random pieces of rice and cream cheese. Iv noticed from my few visits, morning managers being disrespectful to their staff. Yelling at minors for a small mistake isnāt going to fix the mistake. Iv seen reviews saying the kids need to smile more, why should they look happy to be there when it seems like they are getting verbally abused. Sickening. Absolutely terrible management and people in general. Iv seen a male supervisor yelling and making rude remarks to a young female employee. Donāt support this chain of business or at least take into account the unacceptable behaviour from managers and certain supervises regarding the mental well being for there part time students. This behaviour is...
