Family Pizza Lloydminster — Restaurant in City of Lloydminster

Ya, so i drove my firends(cause they wete drinking...) They ordered a pizza to help them sober up. They complained it was soggy and felt it was undercooked. Me, thinking they wete just drunk.. , Took a sluce to be a verdict to their drunken stuper. Nope. It was what they said... They wanted me to complain. I told them im sober.. i wanna go to bed. The next day.. after they woke up Naturally late in the day cause they were lost in the real world. I devided to rectify the situation. If theu ordered an xxlg, maybe itd be different.. most sobering up ppls dont care as long asnit absorbes the bad decisions and self hate... I got a snippity lady Maybe she hasnt had a day off in a while... or is not leaving her issues at the door... Her customer service was terrible... i spoke with a mngr and she decided to take matters into her own hands... I toatlly commend that. Good on you. But dont take it out on the driver... Which i explained 2x before coming... making it a 3x total at the end of the day... One star because of total experience. You get what you give. 4x she made it worse. Sry dear. Find a new job or get off...

Ordered 4 pizzas for my nieces 1st birthday and we found thick hairs in the pizzas. I called in and that lady answered and heard me clearly say hello so she says it back so I told her hello. I'd like to speak to the manager" she asks "why?" I say I'd like to report that I found thick hairs in my pizza, she then acted like she was loosing connection with me then hung up so I We went in to ask for a refund but she wasn't there and apparently her shift was over so I told the man that was working about what happened and asked for a refund for my money, instead the man looked at me and my sister like we were crazy and grabbed the piece of hair threw it in the garbage before I could try grab it back and then saying "what hair? There is no hair." I dont have a phone to take a picture either. Me and my family Loved ordering from there but I haven't ordered since my nieces birthday In Fear they will eat only god knows what kind of hair But other people have different experiences. Just thought...

Support a restaurant more deserving of the income..Miserable workers. One Called me to say they didn't carry something I ordered so I switched to something they did have. The lady literally just hung up after I said what I'd switch to. No goodbye or sorry for the inconvenience. This miserable hag should really find work elsewhere if dealing with customers is that hard. "Family" pizza is not the right name for this crew. Cause they sure as hell far from friendly and inviting. I wont be ordering again and will direct anyone I know away from ordering here as well. Fingers crossed this place gets new...
