Worst customer service! We typically love eating here. Tonight I phoned in to order. I asked to place an order for pickup. Before I even finished asking for the first item, the response was "Is that everything?" I said no I would like to place a full order please. Then as I proceeded to finish the first item of my order I was cut off twice more asking if that was everything. I said no...I have a full order. I then got "Your phone is breaking up, I can't hear you, phone back." I had full bars for service, so I phoned back...4 times...with no answer. I understand places get busy, but what's the point of asking to phone back? My daughter really wanted their Jungle Noodles...so we headed down. I asked once we got there if they normally take phone orders? He immediately said, "Yes. But I can't hear you so your order won't be right." I understand this. I know they have a noisy background. Mine was completely silent. Curious how hanging up on, then not answering customers will solve this problem? This guy was so rude. I still wasn't asked if I would even like to place an order before he walked away. We won't be back. It's sad when Mcdonald's has better customer service. That young man was...

I don’t usually leave reviews, but Woke Box absolutely earned this one. Let me tell you—they actually hooked it up. Like, not just a little extra sauce or something minor. No, they really hooked it up.

The two gentlemen working at the counter were incredibly friendly, genuine, and welcoming. You can tell they care about their customers, not just rushing orders out the door. Their energy was on point, making the whole vibe of the place feel warm and inviting.

And the food? Fire. Fresh, flavorful, and packed with that extra touch that shows they’re proud of what they serve. It wasn’t just a meal; it felt like they went out of their way to make sure I left happy—and I definitely did.

In recent the quality of foot and servings has changed exponentially. Serving sizes are halfed and the quality on the food is shameful, my wor wonton soup had uncooked wontons with definitely not fresh vegetables. And to add to it all there is more of the stalk of the broccoli than the heads.

I will not be thinking of returning to this location until they address the poor quality.

After seeing their response I will not be going back, they can't even spell someone's name right with being shown how it's spelt... Let alone you wanna trust them to make food. I recommend going to New Saigon.
