I am so sad because this restaurant used to be amazing. My family and I would eat here all the time, but it unfortunately has severely gone downhill. I pre-ordered two pizzas here today, but I could barely finish a slice of mine, due to it being undercooked and soggy for the entire middle half.

I always get the pulled pesto chicken on my pizzas (for 9 years since the first one opened in Edmonton), so I know exactly how it is supposed to look and taste. It now looks and tastes like blended baby food, and has no resemblance to pulled chicken (see picture).

The restaurant was almost completely dead (there was only 2 other customers) when my party of 2 went in around 5:30pm, but every single table along the booth wall was dirty with crumbs and leftover sticky hands. I thought a bunch of people must have just left before we arrived, so I didn’t initially think much of it, till I went to the bathroom, and found that was also filthy.

While they were satisfactorily polite, the two male staff that were “working” made no attempts to clean anything, the entire hour I was there, but had plenty of time to spend on their phones (I never saw them wash their hands after touching their phones repeatedly). The glass at the order topping station was filled with old food splatter, the seats of the booths and the floor was dirty. One of the tables had several old dirty pieces of grey painters tape attached to it; not sure if this was to hold it together, or because someone had put it there a long time ago, and it was never cleaned off.

I ended up leaving with my almost whole pizza, thinking I could salvage it by cooking it more when I got home, but ended up throwing it out, because if a restaurant staff can’t be bothered to wipe any of its tables down during a very slow supper time, then I doubt that proper food safety protocols are being consistently followed.

The only positive thing I can comment on for this whole experience, was noticing that they have a decent looking new selection of gluten free cakes. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning to try...

OH EM GEE!! This pizza was AWW!! SOME!! We had the keto fathead crust and it was really tasty!!! A little flimsy but didn’t care because the flavour was amazing and it’s hard to make a non flimsy crust. (EDIT: Been back multiple times and the crust was not flimsy! It was awesome!) The toppings were fresh and elevated! These guys have TRUFFLE!! I love truffles. We sat in to eat and watched them make the other pizzas and they all looked amazing! Not only was the pizza good but every staff member greeted the customers with joy in their voices and thanked everyone for their business as they left. They are also licensed and have a nice selection of alcoholic beverages along with non alcoholic beverages that are more than just pop. It was overall a wonderful and pleasant experience.... we will...

I am giving this place a 1 star because I think its crazy to charge someone $40 for 2 small and I mean small pizzas with 2 toppings and one soft drink with no refills. We did the build your own because none of the selected pizzas were our taste. So I had 2 toppings and my granddaughter had 2 toppings which were $2.50 each which i had mushroom which if i had 1 slice on each piece if i was lucky, my granddaughters pineapple was the same 4 pieces plus the meat we choose was non existent. Needless to say i was very disappointed and if it wasn't for the fact she chose to go there for her birthday lunch i would of really complained.I won't go back i guess i know why we were the only ones there at lunch. Get real on your pricing and maybe you will have a few more people...

The Perfect Combination of Pizza and Desserts! I recently visited LovePizza and I must say, it was an absolute treat from start to finish. Not only do they serve some of the most delicious, perfectly crafted pizzas in town, but their dessert selection is equally outstanding. The pizzas are a masterpiece—crispy crusts, fresh toppings, and the perfect balance of flavors. The ambiance is cozy, the staff is friendly, and the service is quick. Whether you’re there for dinner, dessert, or both, you’re guaranteed to leave happy and full. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great food and an even better dessert experience. Five stars all the way!

Not a bad restaurant. Reminds me of a Subway but for pizzas as you make all the decisions about toppings prior to cooking. The cost was a bit high for one pizza but you do get a pretty large pizza. The customer service was pretty good but they left boxes all over one table which made it one less place to eat at. I got chicken on mine but it came shredded and they don’t put cheese on top of the toppings to hold the toppings on the pizza while you eat it and end up dropping some toppings. Not a bad spot though if you like different types of pizzas that are made right in front of you.
