KFC — Restaurant in City of Spruce Grove

I use to hate this kfc as they’d always forget things, and my stuff was always cold. However the last 4-6 trips I have had in the last two months have shown major improvement. My fries are HOT every time!! Personally cold fries are too common at KFC this was a big deal for me having HOT FRESH FOOD. staff rarely heat lamps at this location every time I’ve gotten a bucket it hasn’t been greasy once. I eat KFC maybe once every two weeks and only go to this location. The main never gets it right but this place 9/10 times they get it right. Staff will even remember you, the manager is extremely friendly always one for conversation while you’re waiting. It can be busy at 4-6 so expect a bit of a wait. However the freshness is worth it. I’d 100% recommend this location ten times out of ten! I’d urge the negative reviews to give this place another shot as they have majority improved.

I recommend never to go to this location. 2 reasons why? First time going when they first opened up I got my order and parked to indulge on some greasy goodness, but my food tasted old and stale. And the 2 time (thinking maybe they could redeem themselves) I went in to order and the lady that was taking my order was coughing and sneezing. But wasn't wearing a mask. Goes behind where they are handling the food and I can hear either her or another employee coughing and sneezing in the food handling area. Needless to say was grossed out. But I took my chances went outside checked on my order and was totally wrong. Went back inside to get my money back and they began to talk in their own language. I walked in to order some food and there was a woman already at the counter waiting to order and 2 men sitting down waiting for their food. I waited for 5 minutes to order and during that time the staff did not help the lady in front of me(she looked very irritated) and the 2 men did not receive their food, i also made eye contact with a cook but he failed to acknowledge any of us, 3 more people came in behind me and started to pile up the line so i left and went to the other spruce grove location and was served immediately by some very friendly staff members who were obviously much busier at this other location.
