Royal Pizza Spruce Grove — Restaurant in City of Spruce Grove

So disappointed with the Manager of the Royal Pizza in Spruce Grove. My family and I have ordered from here a few times, the food was good, service was good! My daughter had an interview scheduled with the Manger of Royal Pizza Spruce Grove. The Manager texted her on Thursday and invited her in for an interview on Saturday at 9:00pm! Arriving at 8:45, she goes into the restaurant for her interview. She comes back out at 8:50. What happened, we ask? The manager already filled the position! REALLY... this isn't fair! If you schedule a time to meet someone for an "interview" wouldn't the right thing to do be: 1. Wait until you interview all your scheduled interviews, prior to making a decision. or 2. Call the candidate and advise them you have already filled this position. I found this situation mean on behalf of the Manager, and my family and I will do everything to avoid this location, just like he avoided...

We just returned from the USA after 5 months and we were craving Royal Pizza. This store is our go to pizza place. We are not looking for least expensive! We are not looking for buy one get one. We are not looking for oversized pies and skimpy amounts of toppings. We are looking for quality ingredients and an end product that is second to none. Normally you guys would get 5 stars but frankly the product you provided today was not very good. The crust was heavier than usual and there were fewer toppings. Make no mistake, this review is about a lack of quality and I can only hope that you are not compromising quality to protect margins. MAINTAIN your quality!!!!! even if you have to increase your price! Let those that want low quality pizza buy it somewhere else. There are plenty of those places...

I ordered online today for a Donaire and set up an account that had ny name, number and other info.. I asked for extra sauce, which was an extra 3 dollars.. estimated time was 30 mins, you would think that when it was ready I would receive a call or text, considering it was 21 dollars.. I picked it up and went home which is literally right around the corner, and I drove, when I got home it was so soggy it pretty much fell apart, and was pretty much cold.. yes I know I had extra sauce, but it appeared to be only on the top.. the whole pita was soggy.. the meat was also salty. I thought the extra sauce would of been in a container..pretty disappointed paying 21 dollars for a soggy mess! Maybe next time if a customer orders online and it's ready sooner than the estimated...
