Really upset with the way the staff member treated me and my family this afternoon. We chose not to buy anything after the employee was so rude. Our whole point of going there was to try something new, and we knew it had good ratings. Well after today, I'm not sure how they keep up, because it definitely put a sour taste in my mouth and I'll probably never go back. We simply asked for a description of flavours they had on their donut menu, and the staff member acted as if she expected us to know what they carried. After all the sighs, eye rolling, and just plain rude comments from her, I will never be going back. Sorry not sorry, but we're new to the area and had no idea - end of the world, right?! I recommend that the employees receive a CUSTOMER SERVICE training to learn how to treat their new customers. Honestly, I've been given bad service before, but not to the extent where I chose not to purchase anything because of it. I have been coming here since 2014 & have never had an issue but I’m writing this review because of the service I received on Sunday March 12th, 2023. I arrived around 9:00am with my daughter & her father. We were the only ones there. I ordered a small coffee, a bagel with cream cheese, he got a breakfast sandwich & 2 donuts & our daughter got a bagel. The lady was so rude, she scoffed & rolled her eyes at me as I was trying to complete my order & then said “ are you going to order anything else that is toasted”. This is for the baseline & 57 location. She clearly had no idea how to run a smooth operation & kept walking to the back before I could finish ordering! I’m not a fan of Tim Hortons but it’s right across the street, so if this is the attitude I’m going to receive from an employee then I’ll give my business to Tim’s or find another small coffee shop to...
Read moreWell, I must say that this place has been running STEADY for over 30 years. That right there says it all.... They must be doing something right. Right? Staff is exstreamly friendly and very quick at what they do. Obviously there will be nasty or negative comments about this place because everyone has there own opinion. If you are a customer that comes between 4am and 12pm daily (Liberty location) .... your coffee is at the window before you even get to it, correct ? That's impressive, that the manager knows 99% of the customers coffee's. It's very clean, its friendly, its quick and its great coffee and food.. I can't tell you how many times I've had someone say " I tried this coffee ONCE and I have not been back to Tim Hortons since".. feed back, it's great, it tells us what we need to improve on, if we don't know, we can't fix it ♡ Have a fantastic day everyone.
