Every time we go there, we always have unsatisfactory experience. The food is ok no complaint there. But the staff? That’s a different story. They’re unfriendly, unprofessional, impatient, and the look on their faces, it’s like they don’t want to be there and they seem to have a hard time understanding my orders. The last time I was there, I was buying food for my workers. So I ordered 5 or 6 different sandwiches. I did my best explaining slowly and clearly my order, but when I distributed the food when I got home, they mixed up the orders. Of course, nothing new there. I understand customer service isn’t easy at all, I get that because I, myself, works at this field, but come on, if you’re unhappy at what you’re doing, don’t take it on your customers. Without us, your store wouldn’t be up and running, and without a store, you wouldn’t have a job at all. As the lady pulled out the turkey, most of it was the clear chewy chunks. She then finished my sub. I went home to eat it and the first bite I had, the bun was stale and the turkey was DISGUSTING and chewy. Paid $19 for a meal and didn’t even eat it.
