Olofunke was one of the rudest people I have seen in the food service industry. The gentleman that was forced to work with her was exactly that… a gentleman. Olofunke pushed him out of the way several times to serve her customer before he could serve me and I was in line ahead of them. I literally watched her intentionally bump him at the oven and literally push him out of the way to get toppings while he was trying to make my sub. When it came time to cash out she literally moved herself around him to cash out her customer ahead of me. It was so noticeable and obvious that the person she was serving apologized to me. I responded and said it wasn’t his fault. Then I spoke up to her after he left the store and told her that what she did wasn’t cool. She said “your sun wasn’t ready yet” I said yes it was and that was just rude. This lady should not have a job in the service industry and the gentleman working with her certainaly has grounds for workplace harassment, I saw it plain as day with my own eyes. Read moreHad a really BAD experience with the staff at this location. I recently placed an online order for three sandwiches. I picked them up, but noticed once I got home that they messed one sandwich up. I requested mayo, smoky honey mustard and chipotle southwest sauce. However, it only had sweet onion sauce. Not a huge deal, however, the whole point in going to subway is to get exactly what you want on your sandwich. So, I called the restaurant and explained the situation. The employee was hesitant on the phone but eventually said she’d go talk to the manager. After waiting a few minutes, the phone disconnected. No biggie, I called back. However, EVERY time I tried calling, I got sent straight to voicemail. Very suspicious. I decided I’d just go back to sort this out in person. When I arrived, they argued with me saying it wasn’t wrong and they didn’t mess it up. So I proceeded to show them the sub and what I ordered online. Only then did they make me a new one. Read moreUpdated Review: October 2024 We ordered four subs online, two of them were supposed to have extra meat and extra cheese, but neither of them had the extras that we paid for. Not to mention that the orders were not ready for an additional 20 minutes after the scheduled pick-up time. It seems that the workers (not just at Subway but in this case, Subway) can get an order right unless you’re standing there giving them direction and observing what they’re doing. I still wouldn’t recommend this location.
