I ordered 30 minutes before closing, which i felt bad for. The pizza was amazing the best since I moved here in September. I didn't even know it was here. I brought my dog into the small entrance area as it was-20. I guess I am used to being down south where service animals are allowed and it's just normal to assume if your bringing one into pick up a pizza it's a service animal . food was okay, service was non-existent. no acknowledgement when we walked in ("sit wherever you like" is 4 words and costs $0 to say), I wasn't allowed to get ketchup on my burger because it "was already on the table" (28 years and I've never seen someone be that cheap), didn't ask if we wanted more water even once, didn't check on us after the food arrived even once, and overall we got a sense that somehow providing her with business was inconveniencing her. We order from here quite a bit, especially the pizza. It's always been the best pizza in the tri towns, unfortunately today was a bit of a dissapointment as my family and I couldn't eat past 1 slice seeing as the cheese was half cooked and the dough was semi cooked also.
