A&W Canada — Restaurant in Cochrane

Washrooms are disgusting. Never cleaned ever. Been coming here every two weeks for years and the store and restaurant smells like the bathroom. Huge stench of pee in the building. Family washroom has been out of service for months. Mens washrooms urinals all don't work with black garbage bags covering them. Toilet seat broken off one toilet sitting on floor. Mirrors and counters look like they haven't been cleaned in a year. Just very unsanitary especially with two different food making stations in the building. What has happened to our fast food stores in Canada????? I will be reporting this place. No reason for workers to be standing around looking at their phones when the washrooms...

Everytime we order from here, they get our order wrong, Every single time something is incorrect, like how difficult is it to follow customers instructions,and orders? I know because I have worked for A&W myself at a different location, and the way this business is run is absolutely pathetic. The burgers taste disgusting, the fries are always cold and gross, never seasoning salt on the fries( when asked). Me and my girlfriend have had to call or go back or speak with the manager due to an incorrect order or improperly...

It was truly wonderful to find this place as I had desperately looking for a place for fuel for the truck , a place to park for the night and somewhere to grab a bite to eat after 11 pm on a Wednesday night.

I ordered my favorite teen burger combo with onion rings and a rootbeer. Food came out hot, fresh and tasty and did I mention fast! LOL!

It's clean, fresh and modern building and was a truly pleasant experience.
