I stopped by last Saturday morning while passing through on my way south, and ordered a footlong chimichurri veggie sub. It's supposed to come with two veggie patties and double cheese at 13.99 before tax. The poor worker was alone and completely swamped; he was trying to keep up by working on multiple orders at once. When it came time for veggies, I just asked for a bit of everything while grabbing my drink to make things easier and didn't watch too closely.
I was finally able to eat close to New Liskeard. I realised pretty quickly that the sub was missing the veggie patties and extra cheese entirely, so basically the much cheaper Veggie Delight sub. Called & was told the only option was to turn around and drive back to show them, otherwise too bad. As if I can just drop everything on a work trip and take a 4-hour round trip back north in a company vehicle. I can provide a photo but they could care less.
So be sure to double-check your order is correct before leaving, or you may just be missing half the sub while still being charged full price. Unfortunately, this store is poorly managed and won't honour their mistake after the fact.

I was parking my truck in the morning just to get a breakfast from subway but the guy who just recorded video without any purpose( I will also file up case for recording video) stopped even to enter in subway. This is not a drive through option, we have to park the vehicle and go inside. But no! I never seen a guy that rode in my life, just keep taking itās private property; if itās so? Then at least post a board there with slogans that we are not welcoming customers , itās a private property. Then everyone will thought before enter. One of worst employee of subway with big attitude problem. I ordered my food online and pick up time is 9.25 am but I reach 9.18 am there is one customer in front of me. Subway employee said first i serve him then if no customer came before your time then i serve u. I said ok np. No customer came he make my sub but forget to put avacado in it. When i told him u forget to put avacado he start yelling on me & said this things happened when u guys came early before ur time. I said did i told u make my sub early or anything to u.
