By far the worst burger I have been served in my life. When I opened the box i could see right away the burger was thrown in the microwave, bun and all. I couldn't even pick it up it was so hot from the microwave. After a few minutes it cooled down but by then the bun was that nasty microwave texture. I completed my delivery and went back. I was approached by the staff member who served me at the drive thru and I told her what the issue was. The staff member who was responsible for cooking the abomination, slivered away into a back room and communicated via head set with the lady dealing with my complaint. I was told he put the whole thing in the microwave to melt the cheese. I expressed to her that he didn't need to put the bun in, just put the paddies with cheese in. Obviously they stick in the whole thing to warm up the pre cooked patties. Doesn't take a rocket scientist to know that. I was offered another complete burger, but refused. I just wanted a new bun. The lady who was dealing with me, who had just finished wiping down tables with a cleaning rag and chemical, no gloves on, Went to get me the bun, without washing her hands. Obviously this did not impress me. I walk out with the burger and threw it in the garbage in my vehicle. Couldn't be bothered to educate another adult on food handling practices. Read moreI was just there, it's 1pm and tried to go through the drive thru. There was a car at the pickup window already so I pulled up to the order speaker and sat there, nobody said anything but I gave the benefit of the doubt since the first car was still at the window, maybe only 1 person is working? That car pulls out and I'm still sitting at the order speaker and I sit a couple minutes and hear faint noise coming through the speaker almost like someone is trying to speak, so I pull up to the window thinking maybe the speaker is broken, I'm trying to give the benefit of the doubt considering I know all their grills are broken from a previous visit when I tried to get a burger. Now at the window I can see at least 2 employees standing inside talking and laughing, never looking at the window but I can see 1 has a headset on which I assume is for the drive thru. I sit there for a couple minutes watching the 2 employees talk, laugh and gesture, having a grand old conversation so I just leave and they'll never even know I was there. Your employees are rude and combative and I can see where they get it from. My experience: I parked, walked by the door and was immediately confronted with a women who told me I couldn't park there. I was told by her (and eventually Thomas) that since I wasn't going into the restaurant that moment I needed to move my car. The assumption: I was going next door, which I later learned was a Cannabis store, not the case since I didn't even know that existed. A thought: Maybe consider the opportunity your business has as a fast food chain located beside a cannabis store and offer some sort of incentive (coupon, discount) for customers since they're probably going to want food after visiting that shop.
