As a coffee lover, I recently visited the Tim Horton's in Comox BC and was thoroughly impressed with my experience. I ordered an Americano and an apple fritter, and both were absolutely delicious.

I placed a pre-paid mobile order for myself and 3 friends, through the app it does not give you any direction as to when your order will be ready so I left to arrive in about 10 minutes from when the order was placed to avoid the food from being cold.

Upon arriving they had not seen or started my order yet, which is fine because I wouldn't mind waiting/parking and coming in to avoid holding up their drive-thru.

This wasn't the case. I got to the drive-thru window and was met with a snide under the breathe remark that I could've phoned to let them know I would be on my way followed by glares from nearly the entire team as they would walk over and peer out the drive-thru window.

The way I was treated was unwelcoming and if I had not pre-paid I would have told them to entirely cancel the order.

It's hot today so I decide to get some ice Capps for myself and my visiting family

Get to the drive thru window and the female took my funds , upon handing my change because it's hot I said I handle you a twenty not thinking it cost 10 and I got 10 back my mistake and I was pleasant about it and apologized

She verbally insulted my by making a sexist comment "oh it's because you're a male"

I said excuse me

She said oh you heard that, then sarcastically said oh it's because it's hot

I get that it's hot and I made a mistake but I treat everyone with the same respect regardless of gender

Normally staff are great but this was inexcusable and I've noticed that particular employee is always in some sort of mood
