Had my worst experience today. Placed my order via the App at 5:07pm recieved notice my order was ready at 5:25 and entered the store. Stood at the counter marked as APP and Delivery Pick Up for 20 minutes before I had to get someone's attention to pull my order from the hot box. Finally departed the store at about 5:45 and arrived home to enjoy my now soggy taters and chicken only to discover 2 of the items were missing... I called the store and told them I'd be back to pick up the items in approx 10 mins. Arrived back at the store and stood at the App and delivery pick up counter for yet another 15 mins before flagging someone down to get the items. Which to my surprise were NOT ready for pick up. Finally got my stuff and headed home to enjoy my now cold soggy greasy chicken and taters and half full regular Poppins at 6:35... Not even an upgrade or a sorry from the staff...
I'd definitely take my $70 elsewhere next time and recommend...
