Worst customer service ever. Normally I ainât the one to write negative reviews. But (not sure of his name) Amdi Emdi Mandi or Endi working the Sunday shift was being so ridiculous when I placed an online order for pickup. They charged me not once but twice and showing him the transaction that went through my banking app. Wasted 30 minutes of our time till at the very end the other girl working was like âI got the orderâ started prepping our order. Until the very end Emdi or whatever his name is suddenly changed his mind and was like that order wasnât for you even showing him the bank statement. I also seeked clarification from him to try the order again the second time. He started arguing with us then proceeded to through our sandwiches in the garbage. Normally Iâm not the one to argue I was so fed up and just wanted my money back at this point not even the sandwiches. I insisted on speaking to the manager and lied to me at first saying there isnât one. Then in a sketchy way proceeded to head to the back and call whoever was the higher up. I promptly asked if I could speak to them and he said NO. So sketchy and shady hiding in the back and then afterwards telling us that he doesnât want to talk to us. Couldnât believe that I had to dispute a subway fast food order with my bank even the individual on the phone thought I was crazy and that the store had to resolve the issue on their own. Will not be coming back. Definitely go to another subway where they will treat you at least half decent and not like garbage where they literally throw your order in the garbage. There was a guy in front of me who ordered first and while I was waiting I was holding my wallet and phone in my hands deciding what to eat. I felt like the woman making the sandwich kept staring at me...not focusing on her job..., finally, she says âexcuse me-please donât record me or point your camera at me. Do not even angle it at me.â I was shocked, her English was broken but I understood what she just said. My screen on my phone was dark. My arms were crossed, i was not even actively using my phone nor would I feel the need to record someone making sandwiches. I didnât even realize it was pointed towards her as that is something I never consider especially since I was not recording her... moral of my story-she was very rude, made me feel extremely uncomfortable for doing nothing except waiting to order food.    Read moreToday I purchased a sub at 3pm. The girl making my sandwich had thick black hair. I advised her one of her hairs was in my sub. She said "Thats not mine!" (she was still currently making my sub behind the counter). I said it doesn't matter, you need to throw that out. She started to pick out the large hair like that was ok, I told her NO you need to throw out the whole sandwich. She proceeded to throw the meat that touched the hair back into the meat bin then throw out the sandwich. I told her you can't do that, you can't throw back meat that have touched your hair into the fresh meat. She said nothing, like no sorry, no "oh!"........ nothing. She started a new sandwich and I realize now that I am home she did NOT change her gloves after picking out and touching her hair to make my new sandwich. These staff need way more training.
