We visited for the 1st time in a long time, mid-July. Ordered ice cream nachos. They were delicious. Returned twice more, in hopes it would meet the expectations as the 1st visit.

The 2nd time, early August, I ordered the same dish. It was not consistent and did not resemble the 1st visits' order. The surprise of strawberry sauce under my ice cream was disappointing, as I did not request strawberry sauce. But the finding was too late to return the order.

3rd time was this past week. I was disappointed with over fried nachos, lack of hot fudge sauce and again, surprise strawberry sauce that was not requested. This time, not just in my ice cream, but at the bottom of my husband's hot fudge sundae, too.

We won't be rushing back this...

Honestly, this place is only really good for their simplest deep fried things ie. chicken fingers, fries, poutine and ice cream (because who can mess that up?). I went there and ordered this fish and chips and 3 piece chicken fingers. The fish's batter was like one of the breaded ones that tasted like a pogo stick (disgusting) and was not cooked properly - the batter and the fish was still gooey and we had already driven home to eat from take-out so there was no point in making the 15 minute drive back... Not to mention that the 3 piece chicken fingers that we're $7.99 were the size of my pink in length. It was sad really. I know for in the future I will order my diner food from Sam's Cornwall for pick up and have ice cream from...

My daughter and I stopped for ice cream this evening. We were both disappointed as this is our favorite place to get soft ice cream. Last year they had chocolate mint. Not this year first disappointment. So we got got chocolate dipped , this chocolate was so greasy not a smooth nice chocolate, second disappointment. The mixed ice cream wasn't creamy, we both wondered if it was ADL. Third disappointment. Then I had a bit of the cone and it tasted stale. So we both threw it to the birds. I will go back but not like last year it was once or twice a week. I don't like to complain but she paid for it. I think she said it was 14 or 15 dollars for 2 med. chocolate dipped cones. She may have left a tip to bring it to...
