Very frustrating to use the app to order I have special dietary needs and the app configuration makes it so that I have to re-engineer the Sub. and will not let me make some essential changes. Because of this I have to order at the counter and by doing that I can't receive points or any bonuses . I have deleted the useless app. Now i have had a poor customer experience with this sandwich shop and probably will be going elsewhere. Get a clue Subway let me build my sandwich from scratch on the app. Just like I can if I just walk up to the counter and order. Also give me a way to collect my points when I pay at the counter . I'm not sure the ladies name that was working tonight. I want to start by saying she was really friendly and kind, quick to get our order done but she needs to be retrained on how to construct a sub. This is coming from an ex subway employee. My fiance and I shared a sub and it was so poorly made, all meat was on the hinge of the sub so every second or third bite was ALL meat, next bite was only veggies, etc. He had to reconstruct his half of the sub approximately 5 times and that's not even an exaggeration. Even as she was wrapping the sub it was barely closed bc of how poorly it was made. It tasted good.. but wasn't constructed properly therefore it dampened...

I went there today june 17 2025 with my sister and we ordered 12 inch subway with all veggies and we make it combo unforunately its very wrost subway we ever had there pop machine is not working i filled up my glass with fanta and its completely flat no CO2 but its looks fine to drink but unluckly i ate subway sanwich and the wrost flat fanta and that fanta is looks like expired aswell is completely flat without CO2 and it makes me sick with food poising and head ache i am still not feeling great and will going to complaint to higher authorities about this thing Manager needs to take care of these thing but i am not sure ge/she does Very...
