My experience at this establishment has been consistently marred by an astonishing level of poor customer service. It's as though each visit becomes a test of patience, often leaving me questioning the decision to return. The staff, particularly those manning the drive-through, carry an air of nonchalance and indifference that is far from the welcoming ambiance one might expect from a service-oriented business.
There's an apparent lack of enthusiasm that has become all too synonymous with my interactions here. It's almost as though my decision to place an order is viewed as an unwelcome interruption to their day, rather than the fundamental purpose of their role. This pervasive attitude manifests itself in curt responses, lack of eye contact, and an overall hurried manner, all of which contribute to an unenjoyable and rushed service experience.

She didnt know gow much to charge me.. hassled me.. told me to come up... so I went inside to talk to the manager ... the employee was the manager and the owner.... i was shocked... dumbfounded .. how could an owner be so completely clueless.. then she was rude enough to ask if i was ok.. and no i wasnt.. its hot out and i orderd a glass of water in a plastuc cup and she couldnt handle that order. Even when i offered to pay whatever she wanted. I am now shaming tim hortons for using paper cups for cold water that leach out contaminates as they fall aprt and leak out in ur car.. maybe I could start a class action suit against creston tim hortons owner for knowingly using paper cups that are not made for water because their cheaper!

Read moreOrdered a chicken sandwich, the sandwich came and was cold and the bread was cold and hard. Told the lady(Joanne)that served it and her solution was to stick it in the microwave and give it back. I told her that was not acceptable and very disappointing. The sandwich maker(Rebecca) turned around and said they are all the same and that there was nothing they could do. We asked if they could make a fresh one and toast the bun bit they said they don't today the bun and for is to not tell her how to do her job and they were to busy to make a fresh one. We asked to speak to a manager and they said there is no manager. We asked for our money back and she ignored us. When we persisted Joanne grabbed the sandwich placed it firmly on the counter in front of us and said take your sandwich, sit down and eat it and then said fine you don't want it and threw it in the garbage without any intention to refund us or money.
