Warehouse Pizza — Restaurant in Creston

I have been coming to this place from past 4 years and they never ever disappointed me but today when I went there again to grab a slice of pizza, I could tell that slice size has been smaller and toppings and cheese is not loaded the way it use to be. Got to know from someone that owner has been changed and now I know why its not like the way it used to be. It was cold slice and was sitting there who knows for how long. Previous owner would never serve any slice thats been sitting there for that long. I hope they will work on this and have better service. Great! WE called early to confirm that there was a GF crust available and then called later to order, staff was friendly on the phone. Got 4 various pizza's and all, including the GF, were delicious. The crusts were perfectly cooked, not burnt or soggy, and the toppings were great. The service on the phone and at pickup was excellent. The person who took the order repeated everything and gave the time line. Pizza was just being boxed when we arrived and pick up was handled through the window. The owner Susan is EXTREMELY unprofessional and unpleasant to deal with. I am genuinely surprised this business is still able to function! The way the workers are treated is disgusting and any conflic is handled in the least professional way possible. The only thing this business has going for it is there food is decent however, as a working environment it is extremely toxic. The managers and owners have no communication between them causing a massive amount of confusion, conflic, and unnecessary drama. I am shocked and will not support or recommend this...
