Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Davidson

I went to Tim's in Davidson to get TimBits and Donuts as a treat for the farmers busy in the field seeding. I thought it was a simple order but apparently not. I wanted 6 Chocolate Dipped donuts and 20 assorted Timbits. I did specify that I did not want any of the plain Tim Bits. The one girl who looked completely annoyed with me informed me they only had 3 chocolate dipped donuts. I said I would take those 3 along with 3 long johns. When I got to the field with the "treats" - no chocolate dipped donuts and I got 8 plain timbits that I had told them I DID NOT want. I finally got in touch with the manager and he apologized and told me they were all new employees but he would correct the problem and would have 20 TimBits when I came back in. He assured me that even if he wasn't there the employees would know. I went back today and nobody knew what I was talking about. They told me they didn't charge me for the free TimBits the manager GAVE ME and I got charged for the Chocolate dipped donuts which was fine but the attitude and lies were wrong. The whole time the staff just glared at me as if I was trying to get something for free. I wasnt - I just wanted what I ordered. I didnt think that was asking too much. Extremely...

Please stop hiring people without ensuring that they are adequately trained to handle food and beverages safely! We dealt with a rude lady on October 8th, 2022 late afternoon who was working both the cash register and preparing our beverages. While preparing my tea, I noticed that her hands (which had just worked the til) were midway inside the cup that she was preparing to pour my tea- she then proceeded to pour the hot water. I told her to switch cups as I had noticed her hands inside the first cup. Instead of admitting to her mistake/ even apologizing, this lady got defensive and looked very annoyed. She demonstrated poor customer service skills and a lack of accountability! I noticed that even after I got a new cup of tea she continued to do the same thing I had informed her NOT to do! I won't call out her name, but she knows who she is. I also informed a different staff of the incident, but wouldn't be surprised if she spinned the narrative. I have visited this location for many years and this is the worst...

As a former Tim Hortons employee, I, along with my husband, was completely disgusted by this location! Upon entering the location, all outside garbages were overflowing and the floors were completely filthy! Baked goods were almost completely sold out, along with soup and there was only one employee on duty, whom of which seemed to be friendly enough but barely spoke English! The Women's bathroom had a riveted screw for a lock (complete safety hazard!) And the garbage and floors in there were also disgusting! To top this whole experience off, I saw the employee wipe his nose and touch his face on more than one occasion and not once did he wash his hands before making our beverages! Oh, and there was a half full garbage sitting on the counter!!! Super unsanitary! We are truckers who pass through Davidson often but we will never be coming back to this Tim...
