I usually never leave negative reviews but this has been happening too much. The place wasn’t very busy yet they forgot to add items that were paid for. We bought breakfast with hash browns, when the lady at the window handed the bag over she recited the order exactly, but once we got home, which is out of town, they didn’t put the hash browns in the bag. The kids will only eat the hash browns so now they don’t get the breakfast they were looking forward to. To top that off, even if we wanted to drive the 15 minutes back to town we couldn’t prove anything because they never gave us a receipt! This happens frequently here. Great atmosphere. The last time I dined in at this location was just over a year ago. Usually don’t eat inside, but we had some time to spare last week so we decided to stop there. The place looked quite different. My personal favourite is the chubby chicken sandwich, but had to try the new veggie burger. A friend and I went closer to the lunch time rush hours. Service was genuine and quick, nobody rushed us, and they treat you with the utmost respect. Someone even approached us after to check up on us to see if we needed anything. They don’t usually do that at fast food joints so it kind of took us by surprise, that’s why I felt like I wanted to take the time to share my experience. If you guys see this, keep up the good work. This morning I ordered a coffee and a Two Cheese Omelette in Devon Alberta. As I was about one third through the omelette I found some bacon. On opening it up there was a further full slice. I specifically ordered an omelette without meat. I am vegetarian. This is bad enough, I almost vomited in the store. More seriously, you are aware that people can be allergic to pork, or the nitrates added to it; also others must avoid it on religious grounds? I am disgusted by this and shall be reporting this incident to Alberta Health Services for them to deal with. I did briefly try to explain to the server the danger of pork products to those with allergies, I don't think she understood.
