Very frustrated with the service here, went through drive thru tonight with my e-gift card (printed) that I had received as a gift a week ago… the guy helping me first said my gift card hadn’t been activated.. I said it’s an e-gift card, you don’t activate them. Then he said, it doesn’t work, it’s expired… I said I just received this? He wasn’t the most polite to deal with and obviously not helpful at all. Out of annoyance and frustration I paid and immediately called the 1-800 number on my gift card that does in-fact say the balance remaining is $15. Once I got home I looked at my receipt which was $15.10, if this gentleman was a little more helpful he would have realized he needed to run through the gift card for the amount on it and I would have owed $0.10… I just wanted to use my gift card. I love dairy queen. You get both grill and chill. I usually stop here for ice cream and the burgers aren't the best. The value of the burgers isn't worth it I would recommend McDonald's instead. DQ is a great place to stop after a long hot day or a sporting event. The blizzards are expensive but worth it. I like the milkshakes but they aren't the best I've ever had. Best thing in the menus is probably the ice cream cake, great for birthday parties. The service is usually quick and they rarely get your order wrong. If DQ lowered their prices a bit they'd become even more of a local hot spot and a relevant...

RANT! Absolutely horrible! I will NEVER go to this establishment ever again! I went INSIDE to order my food and waited over 10 minutes to not even get acknowledged, even though they looked at me multiple times. at me several times not a hey I’ll in with you in a second.
