Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Devon

Uodate- My butter chicken pizza was good for the most part, please keep it on the menu! Love that they offer delivery to Calmar as well ,as long as you call it in directly and ask. Now my ONLY complaints are very little chicken breast on my puzza at all (two small cubes per slice that all had the grizzle attached) Not appetizing whatsoever to bite into grizzly chicken breast so I removed them prior to eating more. Also my red onions were burnt which gave a very off taste. Had it not been for the sauce and roasted red peppers It would have been an epic fail. Also for whatever reason both stuffed crust pizza's the cheese was tough/hard. You expect to bite in to a nice soft cheese crust but this wasn't the case. Our second pizza also had maybe five slices of pepperoni max on the entire pizza. I don't like to complain but for almost $70 we expected better based on the reviews.

Pros-The boneless chicken breast bites were amazing and the breadsticks had a nice seasoned coating. Wish they could add that flavouring to their pizza crust! The cookie was also pretty yummy and still hot when it arrived.

My rating is based on the issues with both our pizza's. The staff i spoke to were very friendly and very accommodating, especially to deliver out of town. We hope to give them another try one day and order again but on the fence about that to be...

We usually have a great experience with this location, but wow, this was a bad one. Bad enough that we probably won’t be ordering again. Ordered our usual, the triple treat box. Paid extra for cinnamon rolls and traditional wings. Well, we got our order and opened the box to find that we got boneless wings instead (while still being charged for traditional). I tried calling to let them know. Went to the call centre. The customer rep said she would transfer me to the store. Okay. I waited on hold for almost 10 minutes only to be connected to a different customer rep at the call centre. Explained to them and told I would be transferred to the store. Waited on hold for another six minutes. Then the phone rang about 15 times before I decided that I wanted to eat my pizza while it was still hot, and I hung up. Then, dessert. In short, the cinnamon rolls were raw in the middle, and inedible. Really really disappointed, especially when we did pay the extra cost to upgrade our options, and then I couldn’t even get through to the store to let them know. Like I said in the beginning....

We have been ordering from here pretty well since their opening but recently they have had problems getting our order right or answering their phones. They delivered the order, 1 of 2 pizzas is wrong (usually when we order something is delivered wrong)so we try to call the store in Devon to let them know right away our order is wrong and there is no answer. After 4 or 5 rings its sent to their call center, they tell us they can't help us, only transfer our call back to the store and in turn back to a new operator after a few rings. So I drove to the store and seen them ignoring all the calls. They fixed the pizza an hour and a half later. Not planning on going back...
