Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Dieppe

I want to preface this by saying that I've never had to write a bad review, nor did I ever feel the need to do so in any other instance. However, I had an unfortunate experience two days ago. I decided to stop by and get a Skor brownie Cupfection and a S'more Blizzard, but I ended up receiving two wrong orders. The employee who took our order seemed very rushed, which led to our orders getting mixed up. We politely informed the employee about the mistake, but he insisted that I had ordered the wrong thing. He rolled his eyes and took back my incorrect order. Meanwhile, my boyfriend realized that he also didn't receive what he had ordered, so we informed the employee once again about the mix-up. Instead of being understanding, he scoffed at us and claimed that I had ordered the items we received. He even rolled his eyes once again, kissed his teeth, and said "gimme" while reluctantly taking back my boyfriend's order and followed by closing the window on us harshly.

All of this is to say that we will unfortunately not be returning due to the poor service...

Ordered from Drive Thru a Turtles with Pecans Blizzard® - which based on the description and picture on their website this should have been a Caramel blend. Instead I received Fudge Pecan Turtle Blizzard based on my assumption as it was a chocolate blend. I went inside and advise I received the incorrect item and the clerk argued with me that I got what I ordered and I showed her the picture and description (showing Caramel and not chocolate). She went and got another co-worker to come argue with me, assuming this is her manager as she didn't introduce herself, after multiple push back they finally decided to give me my correct order. This is not my 1st issue here, their staff seems to be untrained, and I suggest that if you have time, drive to another location. Already submitted a official complaint on...

Dairy queen Dieppe i was disgusted today by your up most lack of humannity there was 2 young fellas passed out from drugs/OD, food comming from there mouth and didnt seem to be breething in one of your booths i asked the cashier/manager if they were alright or if anyone checked on them. The cashier/manager had no compasion what so ever just ya they have been there for awhile probably sleeping brushing it off like it was nothing and proceeded to take orders instead of sending someone to check on the boys. I phoned 911 and thank god the moncton fire dept came and narcanned the boys to make sure they were alright. After the boys were fine i left with my food for my family that was totally wrong and tasted disgusting very disappointed in this resturant. Terrible service terrible food not one ounce...
