Very friendly staff however lack of experience and possibly also management made our experience not-so great.
They had to re-make my sub because they started it / toasted it and then decided to finished (no joke) 6 full subs before getting back to mine which was almost 10 minutes later. When we pointed out it's been sitting there, they offered to make a new one but then got the bread wrong which they also had to throw away and re-do.
When going to ingredients, I named them one by one but somehow he registered "Cucumber" as "Tomato" and put those on. When corrected I did not want tomatoes - he took them directly from my sub (mixed with other stuff) and put them back in the tomato tray for the next person.
I can understand having a cattering order to fill makes it hard to juggle but the quality of service and food should not be impacted in such a way. Some of the way they were bouncing back and forth and handling food had me concerned for cross-contmination among many other things - we really wanted to just walk out by the time we got to the cash.

Read moreI must say I travel all around New Brunswick and Nova Scotia and eat subway 2-3 times a week and this subway has the best staff I’ve seen yet, always the same crew in Monday-Friday and everytime I’m greeted at the door by a “hello sir welcome to subway” they always put the perfect amount of cheese, sauce and veggies unlike other subways that barely sprinkle any cheese and you gotta ask for more lettuce and veggies, the workers here deserve a raise !! They go above and beyond and always reliable obviously since their there everyday faithfully, these guys enjoy there job keep ‘em by paying them more ! We were well aware that we needed to speak louder because of the plexiglass, however, the young guy that was serving us didn’t seem to want to let us know that he couldn’t hear us.
