I've been going to this Tim Hortons for years now since it's on the way to work, and I would rather eat dirt and rocks off the side of the road most of the time. I'm going to describe my "this morning" experience.
I ordered a breakfast sandwich sausage on English muffin and it was the worst breakfast sandwich I've ever had including any other locations and fast-food chains I've ever been to. One of the muffin was doubled the size of the other and was cold, the egg was concerningly dry, sausage was so thin and dry that it was impossible to taste, and the Cheez was still not melted freshly out of the fridge and cold. The coffee on the other hand this morning was to my actual suprise, relatively well made. Usually when I ask for my usual three cream and two sugar, they give me either black coffee, or a random amount of milk and sugar.
I'm seriously surprised I've never heard of someone getting sick or seriously sick out of this location, this staff needs a serious training ASAP or else I'm convinced it'll just be a question of time until someone gets seriously ill out of a staff mistake.
The only reason I've gave two stars instead of one is because it use to be a good location 10 years ago and I use to get good orders, now it's horrible. Management, please stand up and give a serious training to...
Read moreProbably the worst Tim Horton's I have ever been to, which says a lot considering the dismal state of every franchise across Canada currently. Quality and service have dropped substantially from 10 years ago, and specifically in the last 2-3 years things have fallen off a cliff.
This specific location is bottom of the barrel. Absolutely terrible customer service, and extremely rude workers. Additionally, quality of the food is sub par even for Tim Horton's standards. It's clear the workers here don't care, and it's clear that the franchise owner and managers don't care either.
I think it would be extremely wise to have whoever is working the drive-thru speak excellent English or French. Putting someone working the drive-thru who barely speaks either of New Brunswick's primary languages is frustrating for the customer, and more importantly unfair to the worker to be put in that position.
This is a Tim Horton's that I will never return to. Everyone warned me not to go to it before I did, and I guess I found out for myself why they...
Read moreOne employee was resting her head and arms on one of the customer area table. She was obviously ill with sniffles and coughing. She got up when she noticed I entered inside. She went behind counter for a few minutes then exit front door (with her mask positioned under her chin), to go home I suspect. I went to sit after getting my coffee but I noticed all the tables hadn't been cleaned. I asked the cashier to clean the tables, especially the one the other employee had laid her head on. When I had gone to the counter, I saw that the whole area behind the counter was dirty, that's why I didn't get any food. I will never return to that...
