Pizza Hut — Restaurant in District Municipality of Muskoka

It's been a long time since we ordered pizza from them due to poor quality. We thought we'd give them another chance. Sadly, nothing has changed. Pizza dough was under cooked and there was minimal toppings on our supreme pizza. Certainly not the quality we're used to from Pizza Hut in other cities. Update: We won't be back!

December 2024. We made the BIG mistake of giving this establishment another try. Ordered the Triple Treat Box which includes 2 medium pizzas, garlic bread sticks, and 8 chicken bites. My husband went to pick it up. order came with everything but the chicken bites. We called and were told that the chicken was extra, not included in the order. We corrected them regarding this. They wouldn't deliver so off went my husband to pick them up. The pizza again was okay but just okay, not like the Pizza Hut pizzas we're used to.

Their customer service is very poor. At the very least our oder should have been free or perhaps given us a gift certificate to entice us back. Three strikes....you're OUT !!!! Huntsville Pizza Hut!...

We were at a cottage with family and were all craving some pizza at around 10:00 PM. We called this Pizza Hut near the cottage and asked if they could deliver pizza for us. We were out of their delivery area, and it was close to closing time, and on top it was raining. Out cottage was the top of a hill, and it took us some time to find it when we arrived there. At the end they made an exception and said we don't deliver to the area, but we will. The pizza came, and it was so tasty and piping hot! We all enjoyed it and the service from the store and delivery driver was exceptional.The best part if they didn't leave us waiting. Within 30 minutes the pizza was here. Keep in mind we were in a remote area (with wilderness all around). No stores near by as well. Uber Eats didn't deliver to the area as we checked. I would highly recommend anyone staying in the area by the cottage to use this store as they are friendly and the quality of the food was excellent. On our most recent visit, they went above and beyond by surprising my son with a Hershey cookie pie for his birthday. It wasn’t something we asked for—they just made it happen.
