Extremely Disappointing Experience at Tim Hortons – Staff Rudeness at Its Peak!
I usually never write reviews, but my experience today at this Tim Hortons was absolutely unacceptable. There was an employee named PRAPTI, and the way she behaved was completely unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful. I have never seen such an attitude in a customer service environment before.
Instead of being polite or helpful, she talked in a harsh and dismissive tone, rolled her eyes, and made it very clear that she had zero interest in assisting customers. When I tried to clarify my order politely, she responded rudely and made me feel extremely uncomfortable standing there. At one point I asked for her name and she replied, “I don’t have any name and you can’t do anything.” That response was shocking and completely unacceptable. Her behavior was not just unprofessional—it was downright insulting.
Tim Hortons is supposed to be known for its friendly service, but employees like PRAPTI are ruining the brand’s image. If management is reading this, please take immediate action. Such employees need serious retraining or disciplinary action because this is not how customers should be treated.
I would strongly advise everyone to avoid this location until the staff is trained properly on how to treat customers with respect. Totally disappointed, and I’m definitely not coming...

We went through drive-thru and ordered a strawberry watermelon quencher, 2 vanilla iced coffees with extra base, a bottle of water and 2 bagels. The girl working the drive-thru read our order back to us and everything we ordered was on the screen. When we finally got to the window, we paid for our things and had informed the guy that we were missing our bottle of water and a vanilla iced coffee and he was very rude with us. They double charged us for our drinks because “we didn’t pay” the first time. Our second iced coffee was already made and waiting on the counter, and they still charged us and handed the coffee out of the window. Not to mention, the guy at the window was incredibly rude and very unprofessional and he laughed at us when we were asking about our drinks. As a supervisor of a Tim Hortons, this behaviour is very unprofessional and uncalled for - it’s just as easy to say “i’m sorry” and give the drinks you missed instead of making customers double pay. Despite having 7 to 8 staff members at the counter, none of them were taking orders from customers waiting inside; they prioritized the drive-thru instead. After waiting a long time, they finally took our order.
One of my friends ordered a Habanero Chicken Bowl, but they served him a wrap instead. When he pointed out the mistake, the employee, Jaspreet, responded rudely, saying she had already made it and couldn’t change it. There was no apology—she acted as if we had no choice but to accept it, which was disrespectful.
To make matters worse, when we mentioned that there were flies on the donuts, Jaspreet said she couldn’t do anything about it and continued serving them to customers. This is beyond unacceptable.
