Tim Hortons — Restaurant in District Municipality of Muskoka

Was turned away this evening as I was on foot because of my injury and staying at the Howard Johnson just near by few mnts away from the Tim Hortons in Gravenhurst across from McDonald's and went up to the window after waiting for several vehicles to go by and asked if I'd be able to get 4 med coffee and was told by this young guy I have to use the Tim Hortons app wich I don't have or can't put on my cel phone wich I can't and impossible for me to do as I explained to the guy and he kept telling to go online and use the app a second time wich I can't do as I told him. He told me he can't serve me even though I would of used my debit card not cash money but that didn't seem to matter to him. I went back to the Howard Johnson few mnts walk away and wasn't impressed at all !!! As my injury prevents me from driving seems people don't understand why I was on foot and can't understand why I got turned away pushed away to being served and a vehicle next to me offered to by me a coffee as they were using their debit card as I would of done and they ordered by drive through is what I'm angry about and how come doesn't everyone period use the Tim Hortons app meanwhile use the drive through order is unbelievable. Maybe I should share on facebook so word gets around very fast to share my experience in Gravenhurst...

I don't know what happened today. However, I went into this location and mind you I was the only person at the counter. There were two people sitting having coffee and a conversation but that was it. There was one person in the Drive-Thru just to set the scene. I stood at the counter for 7 minutes. Not a single person came out. There was people talking in the back multiple times. I said hello. Reasonably loudly. I said are you guys closed early or something and not once did I get a response. Then about six employees finally decided to shuffle out of the back and one person went to the counter saying I can help who's next. Not a oh sorry about that. I hope you weren't waiting long or any acknowledgment whatsoever. Also never mind the fact that it looked like a tornado had just hit the store. The bar was set so low today that it was buried underground. I genuinely hope that the owner sees this as this isn't going to do there business any favors if it continues to be...

Stopped here on my way home from a long motorcycle ride and just needed a coffee. 10 people in line inside with 1 lady on till and 5 people doing drive-thru and out of those, 2 of them standing there not doing anything and not helping this poor lady doing all the work. An employee who was not working came in, the one girl walks up and takes his order in front of all 10 of us who have been standing there already waiting takes his money then goes to walk away to do nothing again. Finally after a long wait, someone came out of the back and helped with the line up. The parking lot is disgusting!! Garbage everywhere and looks like it hasn't been cleaned this year. People are lazy and throw their garbage on the ground. Tim's have to expect this when they take all the garbage cans away from the parking lot and don't have someone out there cleaning it up. Probably one of the dirtiest ones I've seen, and I've been to alot of them all...
