Friendly service, just a hiccup where one thought the other had asked if we wanted desserts, coffee or tea (I dinally went to the counter to ask and she was great!). Had a hamburger club sandwich with cheese and upgraded the fries to curly mozza fries w/ turkey gravy. SOOOO good!! Got the butterscotch pie (though the bottom crust was a little soggy, I ate around it, and the dry crust around the edge was to die for), and a coffee crisp square to go (I died and went to heaven when I ate it the next day...one of the best desserts ever!) I went because friends said they had the best poutine. They weren't wrong (and I love a cheese curd poutine). I'd definitely go back!

I moved away from the Boiestown area in 1989, and I can't find clams where I live. I recently made a trip home, and a nice clam dinner was at the top of my lto do list. A family member recommended, and also brought me here. The service was very friendly, the restaurant was clean and tidy and the food was absolutely amazing. The portion was very generous as well.

Stayed 5 days in Doaktown and this place was always busy. The seafood chowder, double patty burger, pancakes, and homemade donuts were all excellent. (Be warned one pancake is as big as 3 pancakes each!)

I only eat when the owner Kevin is cooking....their portions got smaller, plates got smaller, prices went way up like a can of soup is 8 dollars when you can buy on at the grocery store for 2 dollars but because it's the only restaurant we put up with the grungy floors with food all over them...dirty walls, and most times very slow service .....we love Kevin and his cooking as it's dead on example his quesadilla are nice crispy and good ratio of chicken to veggies and cut right, any one else it's dripping in Greece hardly any filling and cut in a way that it falls apart when you pick it up .....please kevin come back hope you are...

Really good fried fish in this place. It's what I always pick. Got to have the tartar sauce with the fish. Fries are okay; I always like to put a little more salt on them.

Burgers are pretty good. The chicken can sometimes be a hit and miss. Sometimes nice and moist but other times, very dry. Especially the chicken breasts.

I wish they had more sauces for the chicken so it's only one sauce that you can get. It's very sweet and tangy.

I have had their sandwiches as well and they are okay in my opinion. All in all, very nice folks providing fantastic service along a great atmosphere in...
