I've ordered from here quite a few times (Joe). I mean, what can I say?

-Really good cheeseburger, poutine and hot dog. Their take on the poutine is actually really enjoyable, and that large poutine? Wow. The portion sizes for these items compared to the cost is absolutely unmatched and I hope the prices don't increase over time. -Excellent steak sub, too. They often suggest the subs, and I can see why. -The pizzas? I've ordered a few times now and each time, I'm reminded just why I keep going back. I'm particular for a hefty portion; so the generous, flavorful toppings, as well as dough and cheese thickness & quality do the pizzas the biggest favors. All while having low salt content. Easily my top picks for best tasting pizza. Huge thanks to the cooks! -Finally, I really appreciate the friendly customer service every time I bought from here. The recent times I ordered food, the lady who answers the phone and is at the counter is super nice.

HORRIBLE. ..HORRIBLE. ..HORRIBLE Service. I have mobility issues and going up and down the stairs is very difficult. I ordered and prepaid giving the driver $5 tip for a couple of hotdogs and burgers. He flat out refused to bring it to my door.... was extremely rude and left my order in the lobby. Seriously! ? Just a nasty man. It took well over an hour and my food was cold. I'm never ordering from there again.

No... I do NOT understand. .. Firstly... I have mobility issues and should have been informed that the driver would not deliver to my door.....

Second.... my food was cold like it had been in the fridge....

COVID 19 did not make your driver rude...did not make my food cold and did not cause the person on the phone taking my order to NOT inform me that my order would be dropped in the Lobby on a dirty chair! Explain that !
