Longest wait ever for food at a TIMs with no one in front of me at the cash. Group behind me got their order before me.
My order seemed lost. Even though I’m standing at the food counter waiting for what seems like an eternity...every one avoids eye contact. No one asks if everything is OK.
Bad sign.
Eventually got someone’s attention who looked on the order screen to help find my lost order.
Wanted to try the Meatless Burger...they had none...only the breakfast patties...so they put two smalls. Tasted like sausage...not good at all for a burger. Would probably be nice with eggs.
The one making the sandwich dropped a bag...didn’t say anything...is it for me? I’m eating in...so they got that wrong again...it was only the Franken-sausage-sandwich...missing wedges. What???
They ran out of potato wedges (people after me got them all I guess). Got a half cup but they added a hash brown to compensate.
Coffee is probably cold by the time I sit down.
Tim’s reputation is going down faster than an Olympian downhill skier.
Am I done with the franchise or is this simply the worst one...

At 11:30pm, i went through the drive through to order a plain bagel with butter. What i received at the window was a sesame bagel instead. I cannot eat sesame seeds due to my medical condition (ulcerative colitis), so i went in and asked why i received a sesame bagel, and was told that they don't have plain bagels, even though the guy punched it in on the drive thru screen... Like i said, it was just annoying..
the worker seemed like a real knuckle head, and the manager didn't seem to care about anything.
At the same time, why are so many food items not available around the evening anyway? Only 2 types of donuts available, only 2 types of bagels, mediocre coffee available... Seems like a recipe for loosing customers.
Try to improve the service in general, or whatever is wrong with this system. I may have pointed...
Read moreThis Tims has gotten worse and worse over time. Quality has dropped off, but worst of all is that the speed is horrendous. During rush hour your easily spending 15-25 minutes in the drive through which is unacceptable. I went inside to see what takes so long to notice that not only are they understaffed, but that the current staff is constantly on their cell phones, talking etc... There was once where I went inside, was about to order and 1 of the employees who was about to go on break was able to place an order before me... a waiting customer, during rush hour...
