I recently stopped by Paramount at YUL Airport and was pleasantly surprised to see that they’ve introduced new Plat du Jour options! The dishes are not only original and flavorful but also made with fresh, high-quality ingredients that truly elevate the experience. Each meal feels carefully crafted, offering a delicious twist on traditional Middle Eastern flavors.

Beyond the food, the service was outstanding. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and efficient, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable dining experience even in a busy airport setting.

This is our first time at any paramount restaurant. I heard a lot of good stuff about them but this location is disappointing. The Shawarma is substandard by all means. Mediocre taste, small size, and nothing like Lebanese shawarma. I ordered a plate with Kafta and shish tawook. The rice, fatoush and hummus are good. The meet is not grilled at the time of the order. It is sitting in a tray and they heat it. The kafta is made in an oven not a grill. The prices are way higher than comparable restaurants. The service is suboptimal as the staff seem indifferent with the customer and they are not welcoming. Jerusalem Shawarma in Calgary is much better...

I experienced racism while I was here yesterday. Definitely will not purchase anything from here again! Two ladies in front of me ordered the exact same thing chicken shawarma in the pita size! I ordered shawarma in the pita size as well. They both spoke French to the guy making the shawarma. Both of their sharawma was a decent size. When it was my turn I spoke English to the guy making the shawarma and he gave me the smallest size ever on purpose! While I watched him make it. Like a kids size portion. I was rather shocked. I didn’t even get a discount I paid full price! Bad service will not return!!!...
