The location itself on the map is not good to start with, we had to circle around 5mins to get to see it. The lady at the drive thru refused to take my order and asked to come inside. What is the use of a drive thru i asked, she said it is just to pick up orders! I have no idea what is their way of working over there. I went inside and ordered my food. I was asking for the garlic and herbs pastries and the girl said yes she has it and was showing me something else. I pointed out a picture and she said yes she had and 10seconds later she said no after her colleague corrected her. She does not even know what she is selling. I was in the queue to take my food and drinks, i got the drinks then i waited for 10mins. Suddenly, i noticed that one person being called was given the same food i ordered and she was 4th order after me. I enquired with the staff how come this is possible and to please check where my order was. All this time, my order was sitting on the table and the staff didn’t give it to me and by that time it was already cold. Read moreI usually visit in the morning around 5 :30 am to 6 am Thursday to Saturday there is one black boy working when ever i ask anything to eat he refuses to give this is happening everyday first I thought may be that is possible but today when i ask for egg wrap he refuses to give but at the spot there was one more Punjabi boy and i ask the same question he told me that they have egg wrap Moreover , the way he attended the costumer is terrible .

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received at one of your locations. During my recent visit, I encountered an employee who was extremely rude and unprofessional. Not only was their attitude dismissive, but the overall service was poor and far below the standard I expect from Tim Hortons.

Read moreSince many years I go often to Tim Hortons but this restaurant at Sources and Hymus is not that good. The waiting time is long both inside and the drive thru. Almost half of the time what I order and pay for is not what I get. The tables and floors are not clean properly enough or often enough. Some personnel seem to be confused, some are not that friendly. It is advertised as a 24 hours restaurant but in reality they close at midnight (it is not the first time they asked me to leave because they are closing) in one occasion they waited for me to take my things and showed me the door (it seemed they had a hurry to go home).
