A&W Canada — Restaurant in Drayton Valley

I normally ignore things when you guys mess up with my drink or so but this needs to stop now it's the 4th n And I hate it , I did a mobile order firstly one girl give me the order after 5 minutes of wait plus she forgot to add fries how can you mess up so easily moreover when I want back I have to wait for 5 more minutes in line and the other girl just pass it to me and while looking the other said thank you. Look at me atleast when you are saying something or what if I needed something or not plus she didn't even apologize I mean how rude you can be when it's your mistake atleast say sorry if you are that busy your are messing up order than say it you need more time.. this visit is total waste. I ordered online, so I do not have to wait, but in total, it ended up 15 minutes if my break... zero star for the service plus the fries...

Drive thru lane was clean and well maintained. Service was ok, though I had to confirm my order was actually received because there was no "thank you" or "drive ahead." Staff were friendly enough at the window, though.

Onion rings and root beer were good, chubby chicken burger was inedible. The one piece of lettuce on it was wilted, it was so greasy and just a piece of chicken (looked more like a fillet o' fish and soggy). I was very disappointed...

Stopped by on my way through town, food was amazing, my teen burger was perfect. The service was all good, person who took my order was very pleasant, could of been a little faster, but it was busy when I went. The place itself was very clean, I appreciated that. Seeing a 2.0 almost deterred me from coming here, but I am glad i read the reviews first. Giving a bad review cause you didn't get a thank you is absurd, but I guess we live in an...
