Alright, Here is the Issue with this Tim Hortons for us. My sister is type one Diabetic. Basically what that means is if she drinks or takes in any kind of sugar that could send her to the hospital. She gets tea there consistently often and has explained it to them, to the boss, and to many of the employees that this could hurt her. That she physically cannot have tea with sugar and requires sweatener or her blood sugars could send her too the hospital. Regardless of telling multiple people that this is something they need to be careful with and going there quite often they consistently mess this up. We have given second chance after second chance over and over. We have been patient and asked nicely and informed consistently but it's still happening. Consistently they will reassure it is right only for her to sip and it be sugar. This needs to be looked at. This is the one thing she can usually rely on in a world not made for diabetic people and you guys can't even be sure it's sweetener in her tea. It's extremely frustrating and it's dangerous for type one Diabetic. The only reason my sister hasn't gotten sick is because she's careful. But others might not be so lucky. The sad part is this happens ALOT at both Tim Hortons in...
Read moreWe had a disappointing experience at this Tim Hortons drive-thru. My boyfriend and I ordered two wraps and three drinks. When we got to the window, we paid but only received three drinks and one wrap. Mistakes happen, and we were totally fine to pay for the missing wrap then and there.
Unfortunately, the staff member at the window (her name tag said Rachelle or something similar) seemed confused and asked us to pay for the full order again. We tried to explain multiple times that we just needed the second wrap, but after repeating ourselves several times, she became visibly frustrated and said, “Jesus Christ, that’s what I asked you.” She then told us to pull forward and wait in a parking spot after buying the new wrap. She then came out and tossed us the wrap without saying anything.
It wasn’t particularly busy, so the frustration and attitude felt unwarranted. We understand that mistakes happen, but the way this situation was handled felt unprofessional and unnecessarily rude. We hope management sees this and takes steps to improve communication and...
Read moreWorking in drayton valley for the next three months. To my surprise there was a tims right across from the Ramada very convenient. Today I went to tims like every morning to get my coffee. Today I used my rewards for my free coffee and they charged me 1.05$ for the vanilla pump that I use instead of sugar in my coffee. This is the first Tim Horton that has ever charged me for using a reward . I know it's not much but it's the principle. Will no longer go to this specific tims. I ll just drink the hotel coffee and eat elsewhere. Thank you Tim Horton for being so cheap. I called the Tim Horton customer service and they informed me that I should not have gotten charged the 1.05$ for my free coffee from the reward program. I returned the next day to see if it happened again and to no surprise I used another reward and got charged again.. I normally spend 15 dollars a day at tims.. might not be much but when there's 10 of us going to a specific tims it adds up over the months. The crew will choose to go elsewhere next time. It's the...
