The restaurant is dirty and worn down; from the floors to the chairs and even the ceiling, everything is damaged.. and the food isn't much better, especially considering how expensive it is. No dressing on the salads, gooey bland rice and vermicelli, pork and shrimps that are both undercooked and over-fried somehow, and taste only of cheap vegetable oil.. literally the only thing that had any taste was the digestive candy

Le perfection même au niveau du goût, une cuisson impeccable des légumes et des crevettes, un exotisme inspirant au niveau du palais, un aquarium splendide (parfait pour dîner tranquillement pendant que les enfants sont fascinés par les poissons colorés) et un service courtois et attentionné.
Le goût des préparations rappelle celui du Cambodge, mais il n'en reste pas moins que c'est de la cuisine québécoise cambodgienne. Il ne faut pas s'attendre à retrouver exactement le goût du pays. Avec des pousses de bambous frais, hum, je serais aisément passée à 5 étoiles... reste à savoir si ce produit se trouve facilement au Québec.
Le riz était le seul ingrédient que je changerais. Il était bon, mais pas extraordinaire. Vu son parfum, je dirais que c'était du riz au jasmin... un bon basmati aurait...
