McDonald's — Restaurant in Drummondville

Drive thru always make you go to front of building cause no food is ready. Make you wait almost 10 min. Burning gas etc no so green for environment. Always errors with my orders not what I asked for. Big mac? OMG. Beef patties paper thin not like the image in the advertisement. Poor poor management. Not organized at all. No use reporting as to nothing has changed. Now health sanitary conditions are a question now recently saw unsanitary conditions. Obviously corporate people are not paying attention. FDA inspection could shut them down. Then the corporate people will listen

Update. Recently I corporation has read the reviews and now under new management. If have to say WOW! Much faster cleaner and mostly more organized. Big difference...

90% of the time they are out of some kind of food...or some food isint ready. The employes don't even look at you when they serve you mostly. The delay's are horrible ...40 minutes plus on some day's. Big macs are trown together... the meat paddys can be tiny or medium or bigger ...one on the left one on the right ...no sauce ...too much sauce ...sauce in the container instead of the burger. They make 1 mistake out of 2 orders..wrong items or items missing. The workers dont seem interested at all in dealing with the customer. The only good point is the manager is super nice and always gives back for every mistake done! Other than that ...its the worst mcdonnals ive ever been at ..And ive traveled all of canada...

Ses pu se que c'était service à la clientèle 0 goût des aliments pas vraiment bon , les tables et le plancher sérieux ses dégueulasse le gars qui change les vidanges et qui promène son sac à vidange en allant le porter à l'extérieur, ss laisse un parfum de vidange dans le restaurant , oui bonne appétit. Dégueulasse, et dernière chose y a 4 ou 5 employés qui se jase devant nous personne viens à la caisse ses fou ses comme si il nous voyait pas ,ses vraiment impolis un gros manque de savoir vivre , je serrait gérant dans vos MC Donald sa serais vraiment différent le client avent tout et un travail impeccable devant les clients , moi j'ai travaillé chez MC Donald à 15 ans et quand la commende passait on disait merci monsieur ou merci madame et les employés étais à leurs poste de travail il courait pas dans cuisine et ne partait pas de son poste de travail il entretenait son poste de travail ses sa supervisé des employés qui travail devant la clientèle et tu ne tutoie surtout pas le client grrrrr ses le bordel dans vos McDonald's, voilà vous vouliez mon commentaire le voici , y a un sérieux ménage à faire l'assistant Gérant qui n'est pas capable d'avoir un certain contrôle côté autorité ses comme pas forts, il manque carrément de poigne de leur par ,avoir de l'autorité dans un gants de velours , mes chacune a leur...
