While driving from Québec City to Connecticut, we stopped at Steforno La Fabrique in Drummondville for dinner and had a fantastic experience. Located at 514 Rue Lindsay, this charming Italian restaurant offers authentic wood-fired pizzas and a cozy atmosphere.  We shared the Mamma and 4 Formaggi pizzas; both were delicious, with fresh ingredients and perfect crusts. The Mamma features basil pesto, mozzarella, potatoes, rapini, and truffle powder, while the 4 Formaggi combines tomato sauce, mozzarella, shredded parmesan, bocconcini, and 18-month Parmigiano.  The ambiance felt authentically Italian, complete with Peroni on tap, enhancing the dining experience. Before leaving, we purchased Italian coffee and ladyfingers from their shop to make tiramisu at home. If you’re passing through Drummondville, Steforno La Fabrique is a must-visit for genuine Italian cuisine and warm hospitality.

After a rather epic bike ride across Mont Orford we stumbled on this awesome little gem. Best service and best thin crust pizza we have ever had! Kids and adults loved it, might have to do the 4 hour drive again to...

J'ai bien aimé ce restaurant et je suis une fan de la cuisine napolitaine. Cependant, j'aimerais faire une critique constructive : la pâte de leur pizza devrait être beaucoup plus mince - ce serait encore meilleur. De plus, les chaises sont extrêmement inconfortables. Ma pizzeria préférée est à Montréal, le Napoletana, et c'est la plus vieille pizzeria de Montréal (1947). Ils devraient s'inspirer de cet endroit pour personnaliser leur restaurant, car il s'agit d'une pizzeria authentiquement napolitaine. Ceci étant dit, malgré tout, le Steforno utilise de bons ingrédients et le service...
