While driving from Québec City to Connecticut, we stopped at Steforno La Fabrique in Drummondville for dinner and had a fantastic experience. Located at 514 Rue Lindsay, this charming Italian restaurant offers authentic wood-fired pizzas and a cozy atmosphere. 
We shared the Mamma and 4 Formaggi pizzas; both were delicious, with fresh ingredients and perfect crusts. The Mamma features basil pesto, mozzarella, potatoes, rapini, and truffle powder, while the 4 Formaggi combines tomato sauce, mozzarella, shredded parmesan, bocconcini, and 18-month Parmigiano. 
The ambiance felt authentically Italian, complete with Peroni on tap, enhancing the dining experience. Before leaving, we purchased Italian coffee and ladyfingers from their shop to make tiramisu at home.
