This tim hortons weighs their tim hortons hockey cards, so public gets nothing and they get all the hits.
When you open 13, 24, or 30 packs and get nothing. Even when upperdeck posts hits in packs of 1:8, 1:12, 1:24 etc.
Everyone is weighing packs now, store owners are weighing them for extra profit, people who work night shift open up the "unsealed" boxes and weigh packs to put all the heavy packs in one box and buy a 1000 dollars of cards for 200 bucks.
It's too easy now because tim hortons hobby boxes are not sealed wrapped, they are loosely open. I bought a box from this tim hirtons last year and pulled nothing of value a couple 3d cards and that was it, 100 packs and that's it. Did not even get the rates upperdeck promises 1 in 80 packs (1:80). I became suspicious last year and now seeing it again this year proves it.
I think one of three scenarios is causing this.
See dryden is a small town, only a few know of weighing packs and I bet alot in the tim hortons would not know to spot someone doing this is against upperdeck policy or does not care because they don't value hockey cards.
I did not think dryden would be doing it but clearly they are, ghe evidence is clear. I am not the only one who has not pulled a redemption from this store or this year ice gems (1:80) I will be reporting this corruption to upperdeck and have the dryden tim hortona audited for possible...
Read moreThis Tim Hortons is probably one of the worst, the employees smoke right in front of the main door and then go in and start handling food without even washing their hands, is this not a food hygiene concern. I wonder how the authorities missed this! They also speak rudely to the customers, and behave like the customers were doing them a favour by patronizing this location. Their manager tops the list and will start shouting at the customer telling them they have to be attentive when their item is ready to be served. None of this happened to me, but I got to see it happen to others and it was only 630 am, wonder how they go by the rest of the day. The only saving grace was Erika who was professional and courteous, she is probably in the wrong place with.the wrong people. The one star is for Erika and some of the others at this location who sincerely do their job. The rest are rotten eggs and need to go. One of them even commented "If I dont know a particular drink, i dont make it" ya you probably were taking too many cigarette breaks during training you better stay home in that case. Nobody needs contaminated food...
Read moreThis place has a history of menu items constantly changing, never having items that are on the menu, orders consistently wrong. But I figured I'd try it again because it had been a few months, which sure enough, encountered the same problems. Didn't even make it past the ordering area of the drive through. Requested several different items and was told they don't have them. No roast beef sandwiches, no savoury pastries, tried 4 different types of donuts, all of which I was told "we don't have" all of which were items on the sign at the ordering station. This was at 4 in the afternoon, not the middle of the night.
If this was a one off or occasional thing, that's whatever. But it's every single time with this place.
Ultimately just left and went to A&W, quick service, friendly staff, AND they had the items they advertise......
