Pizza Pizza — Restaurant in East Gwillimbury

Horrible experience. First and foremost, I am a long time and frequent PizzaPizza customer. I had placed an order over the phone, and went to pay, and pick up at the store. After I paid, I was walking out and realized that it was not the order I had placed. I then went back, and let the worker knew about what had happened - after I paid. He was a Chinese worker, that was there - and insisted that I needed to contact head office because:

He did NOT mess up the order, but the person over the phone did. He did not have time to call them and talk to head office for me. He can not just throw out the existing pizza and make a new one. He said I just wanted a free pizza. (I was okay to wait for the new pizza with the correct toppings, as a replacement and I let him know that)

I proceeded to ask him one question, because he seemed to be agitated of my presence - even though I did not yell/scream or be aggressive.

I asked, if I had not paid first for the pizza, what would happen? He said, either I could have left without paying and not get the pizza, or I could have ordered a new pizza.

He did not contact anyone for me, or seek for any help for me. He acted as the manager by making the decision - but insisted that I could not speak to the manager because he’s not here.

I will be not ordering from here, moving forward. I will also let all my friends and family know from this area, not to order from here from this...

I ordered 4 medium pizzas and all 4 of them were fully burnt from the bottom. At first I thought the pizza was just slightly overcooked, that’s until I flipped it over and noticed black on the bottom of ALL my pizzas. Worst part is, one of the pizzas was burnt from the top as well! Making it completely inedible. Absolutely unacceptable. What did they do to fix this? They offered to send me ANOTHER 4 pizzas. Why would I want more pizza especially after this experience. I refused and they offered me 50% of the PIZZA value, not the whole order! Absolute worst fast food experience. Every other store I’ve been to that’s provided inadequate food have gladly offered a refund. Do NOT order from this dead franchise. There are many more pizza places that outshine this outdated company let alone this...

I came by with my family around 6:30-8 pm . I ordered 3 XL pizzas, 7 drinks & 5 garlic dips. I mentioned that we have a bacon allergy and if hands can be washed, clean cutter used. The guy who was making my pizza was extremely rude. He said I’ve already washed my hands in a very rude manner. When my mom was going to pay she had some trouble tapping her card. & he was saying yelling somone come and help her out. At the end when we had finished our food, we asked for a bag and a plate, and one of the guys was refusing to give us a plastic plate. He said we don’t have any. And when I pointed, the second guy came and threw the plate very aggressively over the glass counter and it almost fell. I won’t be coming back here and same with my family as we did not have a good experience. Very very...
