Santa Fe Pizza — Restaurant in East Gwillimbury

i’ve been ordering for years and always had amazing service until tonight, i guess they were busy and i called to find out a price only to hear from the lady on the phone (who’s the manager) that “it’s the wrong time to ask because they are busy”, then she said “whatever”, tells me the price and asks several times if i want it?? i had also told her i was allergic to tomato and our pizza was then delivered with tomato sauce on it. i’ve always loved this place but i don’t think i will be ordering again after this. i have never dealt with her before but i would recommend dealing with this and training her properly on how to deal with customers in the future. i love the food and normally have great service, just because other people are trying to order as well does not mean I picked a bad time to ask for a simple price of a pizza which was not shown on the website. i felt very rushed and like she did not even want to help me in...

Supporting local business is important to us. We are regulars at Santa Fe and order pizza almost every week. However, it is not the food that has a problem but the customer service. Twice in a 2 week period our order has been wrong. The first time I was told they would make a mini pizza to make up the order which caused us to wait longer for them to make. The "sorry" we received was that it cost money for them to make and no one else would want that particular pizza. The 2nd time we were told the gentleman who took the order was going to have to pay out of his pocket. Both times I felt the response was inappropriate. Complaining and disciplining associates in front of customers is not cool. Next time, apologize...

YIKES Not sure what happened to this Santé Fe :( Ordered 2 pizzas; one Mediterranean with bacon and one Donair with no onion.

What I got was a Donair pizza smothered, in what looks like extra onions. I haven't seen that much onion on a pizza- ever. Unless all you wanted was an onion pizza.

I called about it and was rudely told I had never asked for no onions 🙃 I wish I could upload a picture of the ridiculous onion pizza for this review.

In summary- only order from Santé Fe if you love to be disrespected and / or if you absolutely love gross onion pizza.
